Introduction to KM course offered in September

September is your opportunity to get the KM basics from the comfort of your own desk.

KMKS101 Fundamentals of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Services is an online course designed to teach basic knowledge management concepts and help you implement knowledge services in your organization.

Dates:  September 9 – 25, 2013
Format:  Live online lectures and discussions, and independent reading
Cost:  $495/members | $595/non-members

Instructors Dale Stanley and Guy St. Clair have worked with SLA since 2008 to bring an understanding of the importance of knowledge services to SLA members.  Find out more about the KMKS Certificate program and review the schedule of upcoming courses.
